We founded Semblance with a simple idea in mind—to make a delicious alcohol-free wine worth drinking, and pairing, with an array of cuisines. Inspired by the breathtaking coastal wine regions of our native California, we focused on finding expressive varietals that retain their character after removing the alcohol - a true labor of love.
In our first, an elegant, sparkling, zero-alcohol Chardonnay, fine bubbles play on the palate, creating the unmistakable feel of a sparkling dry white wine.
