INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Lychee vanilla syrup (½ c fresh lychees, ½ c water, ¼ c sugar)
• 3 oz Semblance

GARNISH

• Lychee

INSTRUCTIONS

Build in a coupe, lychee vanilla syrup, and Semblance. Stir and garnish with a lychee.

Lychee Vanilla Syrup - In a pot place ½ cup fresh lychees, ½ cup water, ¼ cup sugar.  Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.  Add a squeeze of lemon and a ½ teaspoon of vanilla, then blend to puree.
